Can you introduce the cloud service?
The cloud service is to store your recordings on HeimVision Cloud (supports only HM203, HM205 and HM211 at present). There is no storage limit to the uploaded recordings that are shot by HeimVision HM203, and the recordings in the cloud will be erased every 7/15/30 days according to different cloud plans. Please NOTE that each cloud service plan is valid for only one device.
Does this camera support 5Ghz WiFi?
No, HeimVision HM203 supports only 2.4Ghz WiFi.
Does this camera support two-way audio?
Yes, HeimVision HM203 features two-way audio, which enables you to receive audios from the camera and to speak to the people at the camera.
Where to insert the SD card?
To insert the SD card, you need to move the camera up and then you will see the SD card slot. You can insert the SD card with its metal teeth facing up.
Is this camera wireless?
Technically speaking, WIRELESS here means HM203 transmits signals without wires. However, HM203 still needs to be cable-charged while working.
What is the app name?
The app for HM203 is YCC365 PLUS(for old version) / HeimLink, you can download it from Google Play or App Store.
Can I view my home while I’m away from home?
Yes, you will receive app alert if there is a motion detected.

Does this camera have a mount？
Yes, HM203 comes with a mount for you to mount it on a wall or ceiling.
Why the camera pan itself sometimes?
You might have turned on the Intelligent Tracking function. So, the camera follows a moving object if it detects it. You can turn that off in settings.
What is the video format of the recordings?
The video file format is MP4.
