What is the Heimvision Cloud refund policy?

Heimvision is a pay-as-you-go service (activation code will be automatically sent through email), which means we do NOT support refunds even if it wasn't activacted.

When will I receive the activation code?

Please input your PayPal email to receive the activation code for your property safety. Activation code will be sent within 1 workday after the order is placed successfully.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal is only accepted at present. Other payment methods will be accepted later.

Why do I need a cloud service?

Storing the recordings in the cloud is safer and more convenient. You can access to your videos time & space freely, even if the camera is stolen, broken or powered-off.

Can I have a monthly plan?

Currently, monthly plans are not available here. We offer six-month plans and yearly plans.

How do I know which plan is suitable for me?

HeimVision cloud has different plans to meet different needs. Simply select Service Time, Loop Recording Time and Recording Type from Customization, you can customize a plan that is suitable for you.

Is my information safe?

HeimVision employs AES 256-bit encryption technique that is widely used by numerous banks, ensuring that your data and your privacy is safe and secure.

Can I switch between plans or cancel my plans anytime later?

We offer one-month money back guarantee, and if you need to switch your plan, contact us and we will follow up.

How many cameras can I connect to HeimVision cloud?

There is no limit to the number of cameras added to your YCC365 Plus (for HM202/HM203 users) or PixPlus (for HM205/HM211 users) account. However, each HeimVision Cloud Plan is valid for one camera only.

Can I record only when motion is detected?

Yes, select a Motion recording plan from Recording Type. It only enables the camera to record when motion is detected.

Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees, once paid and you can enjoy our Cloud service for 6 months or a year.
