Does the cameras support two-way audio?
No, the cameras do not support two-way audio. Other products such as HMD2, HM211, HM203, HM205 and HM302 are two-way audio supported.
Does this NVR system support solar panel?
No, the NVR recorder and the IP cameras need to be powered while working.
Can I get notifications from the NVR?
Yes, you can download HeimKits from Google Play or App Store, and bind the NVR to HeimKits account then you will receive alerts if there are motions detected by HM243 cameras.
Is there a monthly fee for using the app?
No, the app for HM243 is free from charge.
Does this NVR have a hard disk drive?
No, HM243 does not come with an HDD, you need to buy one if you want to record the videos. HM243 supports 3.5” SATA HDD up to 6TB.
